About Us

Pappas Retail Leasing and Management is a different kind of Real Estate Business. We are a specialized company that differs from the giants in the industry in that they focus on the main product, shopping centers and commercial buildings, and we go beyond that. Our business is not just about buildings but about the people who own and inhabit the structures.

This Company was founded in 1982 by Pauline Pappas and Helen Pappas. When Helen passed away, Pauline continued on and has grown the business into an organization that encompasses over 7 million square feet.  The professional attitude and ethics that were a part of their beginning continue on today and is another factor that sets this company apart from the rest.

We offer personalized service to our owners as well as to the tenants. We endeavor to strike a balance in all our centers of a good tenant mix that will enhance not only the center, but will compliment the existing mix of tenant uses.

Pauline A. Pappas is the President of Pappas Retail Leasing and Management. She has over twenty five years of property management and leasing experience. Pauline has a solid background in managing and leasing specialty retail centers, second tiered malls, community centers, neighborhood centers, anchored and unanchored strip centers, office complexes and commercial vacant land.

Petie Maguire is Vice President of the Company and the Director of Leasing with over ten years of commercial real estate experience. She has extensive experience in property management, leasing, commercial sales and development.

Jennifer Miller is our Assistant Property Manager and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She is familiar with all aspects of property management, trouble shooting, obtaining bids, and dealing with vendors. Jennifer also does leasing for the Company.

Ray O’Berry is our project manager with extensive knowledge of construction issues.
He oversees structural problems and build-outs and works closely with our property manager.

Donna Niles is our house, full service accounting team. They are well versed in all aspects of real estate accounting, accrual and cash basis, CAM reconciliations, audit controls, budget projections, and billings and collections. They maintain records on accounts for over 20 properties and are responsible for providing monthly reports and keeping all owners current on financial matters relative to their properties.
